Data Management
Despite taking all reasonable precautions to protect all submitted documents and materials, Expert Statistical Solutions shall not be held responsible for the loss of documents resulting from power outages, computer viruses, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen matters and factors outside of our control.
You are responsible for making backup copies of your documents as well as archival copies. Expert Statistical Solutions will never be liable to you or anyone else for any document loss, corruption, or change.
According to its policy and the rules set forth by the Indian government for conducting business, Expert Statistical Solutions reserves the right to save records on its systems. You must send us communication outlining your request if you want us to erase your files explicitly from our systems.
Project Management
In event of cancellation or any change in scope of package/service, all discounts or waivers provided at the time of confirmation will be at the sole discretion of Expert Statistical Solutions.
We are not responsible for delivering your files if your contact information is incorrect and we experience problems like bounced or failed deliveries. Through the contacts provided by you, we will make an attempt to get in touch with you. In these circumstances, you must get in touch with us to acquire your files or output.
We always adhere to the deadline that was given to you while delivering the output/files. If you don’t get your documents, please get in touch with us right away.
You guarantee that any documents or parts of them that belong to third parties have all the necessary third party rights, including (without limitation) copyrights. Business Communication
